Privacy notice
What we collect when you write to us, why, and how to make us stop.
MOTİF Ambalaj Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("MOTIF", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. This notice covers motifpackaging.com and the sample-kit request form — it does not cover any data processing inside a signed order or NDA, which is governed by that contract instead.

We have not appointed a formal Data Protection Officer — at our size it is not yet a legal requirement. Privacy questions go to the email above and reach a project engineer directly, not a call centre.

We do not ask for payment details, national ID numbers, or any special category of data (health, religion, etc.) anywhere on this site, and you should never send us any.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — see "Your rights" below. Withdrawing before the kit ships stops the request; withdrawing after only stops any further contact.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass your details to any distributor, reseller or third-party marketing list. Nobody outside the list above sees your enquiry.
MOTIF is based in Türkiye, which does not have an EU adequacy decision. Sending you the sample kit and replying to your enquiry necessarily means processing your data outside the EU/UK. Today we rely on the fact that this transfer is necessary to take the pre-contractual steps you asked for — sending the kit and the quotation you requested (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR) — rather than a standing transfer agreement. As order volumes from the EU grow we intend to put EU Standard Contractual Clauses in place; ask us for a status update at any time.

- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority — for most EU/UK enquirers this is the authority in your own country

This site does not set any cookies today. If we later add privacy-friendly analytics (we're considering Plausible, which is cookie-free), we will update this notice — under GDPR, cookie-free analytics of this kind does not require a consent banner.
